From Dr Adarsh: Gen Sec IAFM- Various Committes for effective coordination

Dear All Forensic Collegues( Respected Seniors as well as Beloved Juniors)
I have been following various developments and comments of various
collegues-senior,junior, students, as well as anonymous on the blog and was
perturbed by the developments when seeing the petty politics being discussed by
senior faculties who act as a role model for young generation ; which is not an
encouraging sign especially in present times when we have to rise above to all
these. All the comments/categories etc exist everywhere in all specialties and
forensic is no exception. The purpose of this blog was to have a proper
communication system as far as Vision Document & MCI recommendtaions are
concerned. Now I am finding it that it is being used/abused/misused  by various
colleagues. I do agree that at least now the colleagues have become actively
invloved in all the discussion which is a healthy sign since ours is very small
group( not more than 2000 members-half of them are dormant, one fourth are not
all interested etc.). Yet i request all my colleagues to use it for the purpose
which it was created. You can vent your anger on other fora or other ways and
dont make it a forum of personal discussion .

YES We are quite hopeful to have a proper curriculum with all our demands
submitted chiefly through IAFM Memo dt 15 Jan( also avaiable on blog) and
discussed in meeting dt 18-19 Feb comrpising of 4 learned members. Although the
exact scenario will be only alear when these are made avaible to MCI website as

communicated by the 4 senior members. There are  many steps ahead also so we
will continue to pursue relentlessly with all options open as well as with full
preparation for a legal battle also if required. Therfore we have to be ready
for it even if we get a day or two , therefore background preparations are must.

Therfore in refernce to above after gathering information from whole country as
well as my earlier mail please find attached herewith the names of different
Committes with defined reponsiblities for an effective movement and
communication. Any other intersted faculty who want to actively contribute is
welcome to join.

Please direct your communications accordingly to concerned commitee for all your
suggestions. Of course I will be there for all facilitation and inputs.Soon I
will make a group email id of concerned comm memebers to have proer discussion
among themselves. All are reqested to communicate throgh this blog also so that
evrybody is aware about varuious happenings
LONG LIVE FORENSIC FRATERNITY! LONG LIVE IAFM
With warm regards

I once again request all colleagues to be patient since things are moving in positive direction. Over enthusiasm by way of filling pil in differnet states is not at all required at his stage so that will be detrimental to our whole movement of uplifting the subject. Please restrain yourself from filling these at this juncture.
