The so called attempts made by MCI is full of loopholes.IN a sense its a mockery of the legal infrastructure of the nation.this is for sure that it would degrade the quality of doctors.they are just planning to create "jack of all trades but master of none".only a well trained doctor can stand with confidence in the court of law. the decision proposed by MCI is a havoc,it lacks practical approach...and at last the people will face its undesirable consequences.
