IAFM has made a nationwide appeal to observe 5th Feb. 2011 as 'Black Day'.

To protest against the Vision-2015 Document we will bear black ribbons on 5th Feb. 2011. IAFM appeals to all of you for wider circulation of this information i.e. to wear black ribbon on 5th Feb with proper media coverage in their states/cities etc by all medical fraternity not only forensic.To make it a national movement & for initiating a national debate on this issue it has to be done at all levels i.e. institutional, departmental, personal as still so many faculties from these deaprtments do not know about the existence of such document and its recommendations. If we can only apprise them and explain, these faculties will oppose this document even more than us. Please activate different groups & associations like Faculty,teachers, JDA, RDA etc. Please circulate this info to as maximum no of medical fraternity as possible. IAFM is already fighting for this mission of saving the medical education. All are welcome to join hands with us.
