Tips for drafting a letter and e-mailing it.

My personal recommendations about how to draft a letter to MCI and how to e-mail it.
Since, the MCI has welcomed the comments/suggestions on ‘vision-2015 UG/PG Education’, and in its latest announcement asked us to send the feedback by e-mail, everybody who has any type of comments/suggestions should e-mail the feedback to MCI.
There may be common suggestions/comments in all of our e-mails, but that should not be taken as an excuse from sending your own e-mail.
Ofcourse, our associations will send the suggestions/comments in their capacity; even the office bearers of the association should email their comments, in their individual capacity.

How to Draft:
Prepare your letter as a word document. Name it as your name (as short as possible) followed by –UG educ-Vision 2015. Example: Dr.Z.G.Khan-UG educ-Vision 2015.
Please write the letter in a dignified manner; do not use abusive or insulting statements. You could criticise without insulting/offending.
Please be clear, precise and informative; do not mention irrelevant statements; do not repeat the same message. Avoid using capital letters, even for titles, even for the important observations/ suggestions; rather, you could highlight the key words by ‘Bold’ fonts or by ‘coloured’ fonts. Avoid grammatical errors; read twice before you are finished.
Mention your name, full address, cell number, etc., to give authenticity/ credibility to your feedback.
