MCI's vision 2015 reminds me story of King and monkey from panchtantra. In that story one day monkey saves life of king after that king makes him chief of all security minister and keep monkey all time along with him. Monkey do his jobs sincerly and jumps on people or ministers opposing king ,due to that king feels happy and proud on monkey. One day when king was sleeping a house fly came and sits on kings neck, by watching it monkey bring his sword immediately and attack on house fly, but the fly flew away and neck of the king get cut away and he dies.
In this story i think committe of MCI's identifies with monkey, docters are kings whose neck will get cut by vision 2015 sword and house fly is the present lacunae in medical education.
