After passing out, every MBBS graduate joining the govt service has to do autopsy, wound certification and others. rather than compiling all teaching related to medico-legal activities , why the MCI is scattering all these?

in the table 3, the additional requirement of forensic faculty had
been given as 3500. also they are distributing it to other
departments. what does it mean?
After passing out every MBBS student joining the govt service had to
do autopsy, wound certification and other medicolegal works
independently. rather than compiling all medicolegal activities , why
the MCI is scattering all these?
Making the new generation good for nothing, and perhaps a joker in the
witness box.
what a common man needs from the medical community is not newer
technologies and complex terminologies , but ultimate justice.
After all  most of the excuse given in the court for not filling the
legal forms in the casualty is lack of time, Can the MCI add more
hours for a day from this very new year?
The members of the working group are like toads in a little pond. The
output, as you go through,concerned more with their own department.
