Thanks for your valuable comments. In the meantime, one request to provide the annexure as mentioned, with citing the reasons, has been sent to MCI. I am attaching herewith the copy of letter sent to MCI for your kind perusal. I request all of you to press for the same, which will give the opportunity to express views by all specialties, as well as the time, so that RTI can be used in an effective manner; buying time is of essence, only by which this document will come to the knowledge of everyone. Still maximum number of faculties of concerned subjects are unaware about this document and that seems to be the hidden agenda of MCI.
Please circulate it to all concerned faculties, surgery, gynae, patho, micro, etc., as they are also equally uncomfortable with this document; only we have to make them aware.
The letter, sent to MCI, is available in the later part of this article.

Dear Sir,
With reference to above, it is to submit that the contents of said enclosures have not been displayed on MCI Website. To understand fully before giving any suggestions all the annexure also need be disclosed fully for perusal of whole medical fraternity; since the said document is pointing towards a drastic change in undergraduate medical education in India. At the first stance this document is looking extremely detrimental to subject of forensic medicine. Therefore on behalf of whole forensic fraternity from country, being General Secretary of IAFM, I request you to immediately supply a copy of the same to me through email (dradarshk@yahoo.com) itself. Also the said annexure need be placed on website of MCI with proper linkage etc. so that all the stakeholders are not deprived of this important information as well don’t have any ill-conceived notion against it.
It is further requested that in view of the above (the strong possibility of purposely not disclosing it with some hidden agenda exists in this case); the last date of inviting the suggestions also need be extended upto 17 Feb.2011. Also this document need be sent to media for a wide coverage so that every concerned can understand it and in a position to give their suggestions.
I shall be highly thankful to you for an immediate action and reply.
Thanking You
